Your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Sample kits and custom fragrances are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong fragrance, share a short unboxing video or clear photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will replace it at no cost to you.

How to request a return

  1. WhatsApp us at +92 325 4747633 with your order number.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash.
